lululemon decided to redesign the online stores – a roll out for several country. The main purpose was to increase the user experience of the online shopping experience. The core concept was developed by another digital agency, I was approached to align wireframes to incorporate consistency, to define basic interaction rules and to update the store locator pages.
This was a massive project which was therefore split in several groups that focused on separate parts of the website. My role was to create consistency between the different group, to communicate everything clearly and keep everyone aligned.
The wireframes were created in InDesign which was not the best tool for consistent updates (working with master pages was challenging with this amount of wireframes).
Each project group was holding several workshop sessions to define interaction rules and incorporate consistency. I’ve updated wireframes, annotation and created new wireframes for sections that weren’t in place yet.
